Nanoblade for Hydrogen Storage

The Nanoblades for hydrogen storage is an important application for the on-board vehicles. Usually Magnesium hydride is widely used to store hydrogen due to its light weight, low cost and high storage capacity. The Researchers at the University of Georgia, US, have designed and fabricated nanoblades that have extremely thin magnesium based structures. This in turn improves the overall efficiency of the hydrogen sorption performance.
